    Independent Contractor (Optical)

    As a valued member of the 6 Calls Team, the Independent Contractor will be responsible for the following objectives:

    Brand (6 Calls) Management:

    • Create and develop a superior brand, based in creating exceptional customer experiences, professional workmanship and with the highest integrity.
    • Execute and promote the operating principles outlined by the Company.

    Customer Support:

    • Maintain a highly motivated, energetic, and professional attitude. Every day is a “can do” day!
    • Maintain an efficient schedule that allows maximum profitability to 6 Calls and maximizes the value to our clients.
    • Maintain a consistent work schedule and be available as work loads ebb and flow with business cycles.
    • Ensure that projects/campaigns are completed in a timely manner.
    • Provide feedback to others team members (What works, what doesn’t).
    • Provide feedback to Management for sales tools and promotional ideas.
    • We requested, develop along with our clients, scripts and dialogs for inbound and outbound calls for improved success and effectiveness.
    • In a nutshell, let’s create a world famous customer care organization!

    Training and Development:

    • You will need to be trained on our client needs, outcomes and procedures. This will be done in conjunction with the client.
    • Make aware and recommend areas of improvement for additional team training and development.

    Qualifications:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

    • College Degree
    • 1 or more years of direct or indirect sales experience
    • Prior telephone sales experience is preferred
    • Detail orientated and organized
    • 3 years of optical industry experience
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
    • Must speak, read and write English
    • Needs to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • A passion for customer satisfaction and positive experience creation

    In addition, this person must have Internet access at a DSL level of speed and quality or higher.
